Quicken for mac printing checks

Intuit checks and a laser or inkjet printer, if you want to print checks.Macintosh computer with a PowerPC or Intel Core processor.These are the current official system requirements given to me by an Intuit employee earlier today:

I was correct in making the assumption that “Lion Compatible” does not equate to “Lion Only Compatible”. Being my typical developer skeptical self, I wanted to get to the bottom of this as I seriously doubted Intuit’s ability (and desire) to create a “Lion Only” version of Quicken. I’ve had several Quicken users contact us regarding how to upgrade to Lion to make it so that they can upgrade to this new version of Quicken. A few days ago, Intuit sent out emails to registered users of supported version of Quicken for Mac (2005-2007) and notified them of this new versions availability. I very-much intentionally put quotation marks around the “Lion Compatible” portion of Intuit’s latest version of Quicken for the Mac. Q:Is Quicken 2007 compatible with Mac OS X Lion (10.7)? A:
